Your GPU server invoice and VAT

You get an invoice for every server payment and renewal, and a receipt for every top-up, all in your dashboard. Here is what they cover and how to add your company details.

Your GPU server invoice and VAT work simply at OverGPU: you get an invoice for every server payment and renewal, and a receipt for every top-up of your account balance. Our prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT and other taxes, which are added where applicable. If you buy for a company, add its name, address and VAT number to your account, and they appear on your invoices.

Invoices for servers, receipts for top-ups

  • Receipts confirm each top-up, which is a prepayment to your OverGPU account balance.
  • Invoices are issued each time your balance pays for a server: the first month and every monthly renewal. Because there is no setup fee and no egress fee within your bandwidth allowance, an invoice is simple: the server's monthly price, plus any tax that applies.

Both are in the Billing section of your dashboard, where you can open them at any time and print them or save them as PDF. Our guide to how GPU server billing works explains when each payment falls.

Adding your company details and VAT number

Add your company details in Settings → Billing details in your dashboard, ideally before you pay for your first server, so that every invoice is right from the start:

  • the company's legal name and address;
  • your VAT number, if your company has one.

Details you add or change appear on the following invoices. If your company details change, update them before your next renewal so the next invoice reflects them.

How VAT and other taxes are added

  • Currency US dollars
  • Listed prices Exclude VAT and other taxes
  • Taxes Added where applicable
  • Invoices One for every server payment and renewal
  • Receipts One for every top-up

Every price on our pricing page, and the monthly price shown when you order, is a US dollar price before tax. Where VAT or another tax applies to your purchase, it is added on top of that price.

Crypto top-ups, invoices in US dollars

You fund your balance in crypto, but your balance and your invoices are in US dollars. Each top-up is credited at its US dollar amount, with the crypto amount calculated at an exchange rate locked for a limited time, and invoices are issued in dollars when your balance pays for a server. Card payments are not available yet. See paying with crypto for coins, networks, fees and underpayments.

Questions about a charge

If something is wrong with a charge, open a ticket from the Support section of your dashboard first, with the invoice or receipt number, so we can put it right; our refund guide explains how refunds are paid. Prices, taxes, your balance and payment methods are governed by sections 5 and 6 of our terms of service.
