Support

Support by GPU engineers, 24/7

Customers with an active dedicated server open tickets from their dashboard. Every request is tracked, answered by an engineer and kept with your server’s history. There is no email address, phone line or contact form.

FAQ

Support questions

How support works at OverGPU.

Visit the help center
Is there an email address, a phone number or a chat?

No. Support works only through tickets in your dashboard, so every request reaches an engineer together with your server, its configuration and its history, and stays on record in your account.

Who can open a ticket?

Customers with an active dedicated server, including during the 72-hour grace period after a failed renewal. Tickets open as soon as your first server is delivered and stay open while you have one running.

I do not have a server yet. Where do I find answers?

In the help center, the GPU pages and the VRAM calculator: they cover sizing, delivery, billing, refunds and setup. Every specification and price is published, and servers are delivered in under 10 minutes after payment.

What if the server does not suit me?

The minimum term is one month: cancel any month from your dashboard, with no fee, and the server stops at the end of the paid month.

What can I do without a ticket?

Top-ups, invoices and receipts, cancelling a server at the end of its period, refunds of unused paid credit to your wallet and reporting a payment sent to a closed top-up are all done directly in your dashboard.

How do I report abuse coming from one of your IP addresses?

Customers open a ticket with the Abuse report topic. Anyone else can use the abuse contact published in the WHOIS record of the IP address.
