Best for
What the RTX PRO 6000 is best at
Where this GPU earns its monthly price, and when another one is the smarter choice.
-
Rendering and VFX
RT cores and 96 GB per GPU for heavy scenes in Blender, Redshift, Octane or Unreal Engine.
-
Generative media
Video and image models run in BF16 with room for long clips, high resolutions and large batches.
-
Cost-efficient inferenceA 70B model in FP8 fits on one 96 GB GPU, at $1,390 per month.
-
Parallel batch work
Eight GPUs in one server for render farms, batch generation or eight independent inference replicas.
Consider instead
-
NVIDIA H100 SXM
For latency-sensitive LLM serving ormulti-GPU training, where HBM3 bandwidth and NVLink matter more than capacity. - NVIDIA L40S If 48 GB per GPU covers your scenes or models, the L40S costs $890 per month.
- NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 For image generation and prototyping that fit in 32 GB, at $449 per month.
Memory sizing
Which models fit on the RTX PRO 6000?
GPUs needed to serve a model at moderate context: weights plus about 20% for the KV cache and runtime, split across GPUs with tensor parallelism. For your exact model, context and batch size, use the VRAM calculator.

To rent RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell GPUs, you can take one GPU in a dedicated virtual machine for $1,390 per month, or a full RTX PRO 6000 server with eight GPUs for $10,490 per month. Each card is NVIDIA's Blackwell Server Edition with 96 GB of GDDR7 ECC memory, assigned only to you, and both configurations are in stock.
What the RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell is
Compared with the Ada Lovelace L40S that we also rent, it doubles memory from 48 GB to 96 GB, raises bandwidth from 864 GB/s to about 1.6 TB/s, and adds FP4. Compared with HBM GPUs such as the H100, it trades bandwidth for capacity: 96 GB at 1.6 TB/s, against 80 GB at 3.35 TB/s. There is no NVLink, so GPUs exchange data over PCIe. Software and remote workflow
You get root access over SSH on Ubuntu 22.04 or 24.04 with NVIDIA drivers, CUDA, Docker and the NVIDIA Container Toolkit preinstalled; Debian or Rocky Linux are available on request. Render nodes and generation tools run headless, and you reach web interfaces through an SSH tunnel instead of exposing them publicly:
# ComfyUI from your laptop, at http://localhost:8188
ssh -L 8188:localhost:8188 root@<server-ip>
# Render the animation on the GPU
blender -b shot.blend -E CYCLES -a -- --cycles-device OPTIX
Commercial renderers need their own licenses, which you bring. Our remote development guide goes further.

FAQ
RTX PRO 6000 rental FAQ
The short version. The help center has the details, and customers with an active server get answers by ticket, 24/7.
Visit the help centerHow much does it cost to rent an RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell?
Do the eight GPUs in the RTX PRO 6000 server share memory?
No. The server uses PCIe Gen5 with no NVLink, so each GPU has its own 96 GB. Renderers keep a full copy of the scene on each GPU, and LLMs are best served with one copy per GPU when the model fits.
Can I run a 70B LLM on one RTX PRO 6000?
Is this the workstation card or the Server Edition?
We rent the RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell Server Edition, with 96 GB of GDDR7 ECC memory and up to 600 W per NVIDIA's specifications.
Which rendering and media software can I install?
Anything that runs on Linux with NVIDIA GPUs and complies with our acceptable use policy, since you have root access. Commercial renderers need their own licenses, which you bring.
Can I cancel when a project ends?
Yes. The minimum term is one month and you can cancel any month with no fee; the server runs until the end of the paid month, and its disks are then securely erased.
