How long to get a GPU server
From order to root access
- Choose a configuration. Start on the deployment page. Optional notes for our engineers can cover your workload, a required country or region, or private networking between your servers.
- Set up the OS image, software and login. Choose the image, any software to preinstall, and how you log in: a root password, generated for you or your own, or an SSH public key.
- Create an account or log in. You do it in the same form, and creating an OverGPU account is free.
- Pay the first month from your balance. Your order becomes binding at this point. If your balance does not cover the first month, top up in the same form; see paying with crypto.
- Get root access within 10 minutes of payment. The server's IP address and SSH details appear in your dashboard, and you log in as root over SSH with your password or SSH key. Your first month starts on the day of delivery.

Nothing is charged when you send it: our team confirms the allocation, price, term and location in writing, then you accept and pay from your balance.Rack-scale systems- Orders that need verification are reviewed promptly. Most orders need only an account and a funded balance; see identity verification.
We may decline an order when stock is not available, when required verification is not completed, or when providing the service would breach applicable law.

Frequently asked questions
When does my order become binding?
When does my first month start?
On the day your server is delivered, not on the day you pay. Your renewals then follow monthly from that date.
Can I choose the operating system?
Yes. Ubuntu 22.04 and 24.04 come with NVIDIA drivers, CUDA, Docker and the NVIDIA Container Toolkit preinstalled, AMD servers use ROCm images, and Debian or Rocky Linux are available on request.
Still stuck?
Open a ticket from your dashboard with the server, what you ran and any error output. An engineer replies 24/7.
