## What GPU server hosting means here

**GPU server hosting** at OverGPU means a dedicated machine with whole GPUs, rented by the month and run by us in the data center: you get root access, we handle the hardware, power, cooling, network and replacements. The GPUs are never shared, sliced with vGPU or partitioned with MIG, so the memory and compute you see on the card are all yours for the month.

Unlike hourly GPU clouds, there is no meter: one flat price covers the GPUs, CPU, RAM, NVMe storage, a public IPv4 address with an IPv6 range, DDoS protection, 20 to 50 TB of monthly bandwidth and 24/7 support from GPU engineers. The [pricing page](https://overgpu.com/pricing) lists every configuration.

## Single-GPU servers, 8-GPU servers and rack-scale systems

| Server type | GPUs | How it runs | Best for | Price |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| [Single-GPU server](https://overgpu.com/products/single-gpu-servers) | 1 GPU, from an RTX 5090 to a B300 | Dedicated VM with full GPU passthrough | Inference, LoRA and QLoRA, image generation, development | From $449 a month |
| [8-GPU server](https://overgpu.com/products/8-gpu-servers) | 8 GPUs: HGX B300, B200, H200, H100, MI355X or RTX PRO 6000 | Bare metal, GPUs linked by NVLink or Infinity Fabric | Training, full fine-tunes, models too large for one GPU | From $10,490 a month |
| [Rack-scale system](https://overgpu.com/products/rack-scale-systems) | 72 GPUs: GB300 NVL72 or Vera Rubin NVL72 | One rack, one NVLink domain | Frontier training and serving at rack scale | From $7,990 per GPU-month, 12 to 36 month terms |

## GPU server hosting vs hourly cloud GPUs

Hourly GPU clouds suit short or irregular work: a few hours of experiments, bursts you can stop at any time, or jobs that can run on interruptible capacity. A monthly hosted server suits work that runs most of the month: inference endpoints, multi-week training, shared team machines and anything that needs the same hardware, IP address and data in place every day. The break-even depends on your usage; the [GPU cost calculator](https://overgpu.com/tools/gpu-cost-calculator) compares a monthly price with any hourly quote, and [monthly vs hourly pricing](https://overgpu.com/compare/monthly-vs-hourly-gpu-pricing) explains the math.

## How to order a hosted GPU server

Choose a configuration on the [deployment page](https://overgpu.com/deploy), choose a root password or add your SSH key, and pay the first month from a balance you top up in Bitcoin, Ethereum, Monero, USDT on TRON or Solana. Single-GPU and 8-GPU servers are delivered in under 10 minutes after payment. Rack-scale systems are reserved from the same page: nothing is charged until we confirm the price and the term.

## GPU server hosting FAQ

### What is GPU server hosting?

A dedicated server with whole GPUs, rented by the month and operated by us in the data center. You get root access and one flat price that covers the hardware, bandwidth, IP addresses, DDoS protection and 24/7 support.

### Is the hardware dedicated to me?

Yes. GPUs are assigned whole to one customer, with no vGPU slicing or MIG partitions. 8-GPU servers and rack-scale systems are bare metal; single-GPU servers run in a dedicated VM with full GPU passthrough.

### Can I get more than eight GPUs?

Yes: several 8-GPU servers linked by private networking on request, or a rack-scale system with 72 GPUs in one NVLink domain, the GB300 NVL72 on 12 to 36 month terms or a Vera Rubin NVL72 reservation.

### Which operating systems can I run?

Ubuntu 22.04 or 24.04 with NVIDIA drivers, CUDA and Docker preinstalled, or ROCm on AMD servers. Debian or Rocky Linux are available on request, and you have full root access.

### Is there a setup fee or a long contract?

No setup fee, and single-GPU and 8-GPU servers are rented month by month: cancel before the next renewal and nothing more is charged. Rack-scale systems are the exception: the GB300 NVL72 is rented on 12 to 36 month terms.
