## Overview

You can rent GPU servers with crypto at OverGPU by paying from a prepaid balance in US dollars. You create a free account, top up the balance with Bitcoin, Ethereum, Monero, USDT on TRON or Solana, and every server payment and renewal is then taken from that balance. Prices stay in US dollars, and every top-up earns bonus credit. Every configuration and its monthly price is on our [GPU server pricing](https://overgpu.com/pricing) page; this page covers the coins we accept, how top-ups and orders work, the bonus, fees, invoices, refunds and verification.

## Which cryptocurrencies we accept

We accept five coins, each on a single network:

| Coin | Network |
| --- | --- |
| Bitcoin (BTC) | Bitcoin |
| Ethereum (ETH) | Ethereum mainnet |
| Monero (XMR) | Monero |
| Tether USDT | TRON (TRC-20) only |
| Solana (SOL) | Solana |

No other coin or network is accepted. USDT in particular is accepted only on TRON: the same token sent on Ethereum or any other network is not accepted. If you withdraw from an exchange, select the network shown for your top-up in the exchange's withdrawal form.

Card payments are not available yet. They are coming soon; until then, every top-up is paid in one of the five coins above.

## How to rent GPU servers with crypto, step by step

1. **Choose a server.** On the [deployment page](https://overgpu.com/deploy), choose the configuration, the OS image, optional software and your login (root password or SSH key).
2. **Create an account or log in** in the same form. You need an account to order, and it holds your balance, servers, receipts and invoices.
3. **Check the price.** The configuration and its monthly price in US dollars are shown before you pay.
4. **Pay from your balance.** The first month is paid from your balance. If your balance does not cover it, top up in the same form: the order is held for 3 hours and paid automatically as soon as the top-up is credited; if it is not paid within 3 hours, it is cancelled and nothing is charged.
5. **Get root access within 10 minutes of payment.** We deliver the server with root access over SSH, and its IP address, SSH details and data-center location appear in your dashboard. Your first month starts on the day of delivery.

After that, renewals are paid automatically from your balance every month, and we send email reminders before they are due. If your balance does not cover a renewal, you have 72 hours to add funds; after that, the server may be suspended. You can cancel at any time, with no fee, from your dashboard before the renewal date, and the server keeps running until the end of the paid month. Our help article on [paying with crypto](https://overgpu.com/help/paying-with-crypto) goes through a top-up in more detail.

## How a crypto top-up works

A top-up adds US dollars to your balance. Each one is between $100 and $10,000, so a larger order, such as the first month of an 8-GPU server, may take several top-ups.

1. **Enter an amount in US dollars and choose a coin.** We calculate the amount of crypto due from the dollar amount, at an exchange rate locked for a limited time. A countdown shows how long the rate holds.
2. **Send the exact amount, on the network shown, to the one-time deposit address.** The address belongs to that top-up only, so start a new top-up each time instead of reusing an old address.
3. **Your balance is credited automatically** once the network confirms the payment, and the receipt appears in your dashboard.

Network fees are paid by the sender, so the amount that arrives must match the amount shown. If you pay from an exchange account, check whether the exchange deducts its withdrawal fee from the amount it sends. If a top-up arrives short, it is credited once you send the remainder to the same address.

> Send only the coin shown, on the network shown, to the address of the current top-up. Funds sent on another network, in another coin or to an expired address may not be recoverable. If it happens, report the transaction ID from that top-up’s page in your dashboard and we help on a best-effort basis.

## The top-up bonus: up to +50% credit

Every full $100 in a single top-up adds 5% bonus credit, up to +50% from $1,000. The bonus is calculated on each top-up on its own:

- **$250 top-up:** +10% bonus, $275 of credit
- **$1,000 top-up:** +50% bonus, $1,500 of credit

Bonus credit can pay for any OverGPU service, including server payments and renewals. It is spent after your paid credit, has no cash value, and cannot be withdrawn or refunded. Only paid credit can be refunded, so top up what you expect to spend with us.

## Receipts, invoices and refunds

Every top-up gets a receipt, and every server payment and renewal gets an invoice, all in your dashboard. Invoices are in US dollars, with VAT or other taxes added where applicable, and they show the company details and VAT number from your account settings, so add those before you pay. Our help article on [invoices and VAT](https://overgpu.com/help/invoices-and-vat) explains what appears on them.

Refunds follow our [refund policy](https://overgpu.com/legal/refunds):

- **Cancellation.** You are not charged again, and your server runs until the end of the paid month.
- **Unused paid credit.** Refundable on request at its US dollar value, in USDT (TRC-20) or the coin you used, to a wallet address you control. Because the refund is based on the dollar value, the amount of coin you receive can differ from what you sent.
- **Bonus credit.** Not refundable.

## Privacy, security and verification

Paying in crypto means no card details are needed. A top-up is an ordinary transfer that you send from your own wallet or exchange account, and we never ask for your wallet's seed phrase or private keys. Top-ups are processed through our payment infrastructure and third-party exchange and payment providers.

Paying in crypto does not change our verification rules. Most orders need only an account and a funded balance. We may ask for verification in specific cases: large orders, such as several 8-GPU servers or rack-scale systems, signals of fraud, a possible sanctions match, or when the law or a payment provider requires it. Export control and sanctions laws apply whatever the payment method. When we ask, we tell you exactly what we need and why; our [verification policy](https://overgpu.com/legal/verification) has the details.

## Budgeting GPU costs with a dollar balance

Your balance is kept in US dollars, and our prices are fixed in US dollars for each paid month. Once a top-up is credited, its value no longer moves with the coin you paid in: a single H200 at $3,090 a month, before any applicable taxes, costs the same from your balance whatever the market does.

The market matters before you top up. With BTC, ETH, XMR or SOL, the locked rate protects you while you pay, but coins you set aside for later top-ups can move in either direction. USDT is a dollar-denominated token, so a budget held in USDT (TRC-20) stays in the same unit as the bill. Teams building on-chain can read more on our [GPUs for Web3 teams](https://overgpu.com/solutions/web3) page.

## Can I mine crypto on a rented GPU server?

Not by default. Paying in crypto does not make mining part of the service: our [acceptable use policy](https://overgpu.com/legal/acceptable-use) does not allow proof-of-work cryptocurrency mining unless we have agreed to it in writing. Zero-knowledge proving, inference, AI agents and other legitimate Web3 workloads are allowed on every server.

## Frequently asked questions

### How does the top-up bonus work?

Every full $100 in a single top-up adds 5% bonus credit, up to +50% from $1,000, so a $250 top-up gives $275 of credit and a $1,000 top-up gives $1,500. Bonus credit pays for any OverGPU service, is spent after paid credit and cannot be withdrawn or refunded.

### Who pays the network fee?

The sender pays network fees, so make sure the exact amount shown arrives. If a top-up arrives short, it is credited once you send the remainder to the same address.

### How are renewals paid?

Automatically from your balance every month, with email reminders before they are due. If your balance does not cover a renewal, you have 72 hours to add funds before the server may be suspended.

### Can I get unused credit back?

Unused paid credit is refundable from the Billing page of your dashboard at its US dollar value, in USDT (TRC-20) or the coin you used. Bonus credit has no cash value and is not refundable.

### Do I need to verify my identity to pay in crypto?

Most orders need only an account and a funded balance. We may ask for verification in specific cases, such as large orders, fraud or sanctions screening, or legal requirements, whatever the payment method.
