# Refund policy

## 1. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee. Your server stays available until the end of the paid month and you are not charged again. The current month is not refunded, except as described on this page.

## 2. Service unavailability

If your server's monthly availability falls below 99.9%, you receive service credits as described in our Service Level Agreement.

## 3. Account balance

- **Paid credit** that you have not spent can be refunded on request: ask for it from the Billing page of your dashboard, with a wallet address you control. The amount is set aside from your balance when you send the request.
- **Bonus credit** from top-up bonuses has no cash value and is not refundable. It is spent after your paid credit.

## 4. How refunds are paid

Refunds of crypto payments are sent at their US dollar value, in USDT on TRON (TRC-20) or in the cryptocurrency you used, to a wallet address you control. The network fee of the transfer is deducted. Because the refund is based on the dollar value, the amount of coin you receive can differ from what you sent if the exchange rate has moved. We may ask you to confirm that the request comes from the account owner. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval.

## 5. Disputes

If something is wrong with a charge, open a ticket from your dashboard first so we can put it right.
